Founded in 1897 in Fukui, Japan by Joyan Aoyama as the Aoyama Musical Instrument Manufacturing Company.
Now called Aoyama Harp Co, this family business is dedicated to making the finest pedal and lever-less harps. As well as using traditional designs and time-tested techniques, Aoyama Harp Co also embraces modern gothic designs and has developed its own Lever Harp system.
