What is a Lever Harp?
Lever harps are smaller than pedal harps and contain 20 to 40 strings, the most common being 34. When you operate a lever with your hand, it raises the note of that string by one semitone. For example, a lever on a string tuned to E-flat will raise it to E-natural. These harps are expert Student harps in their own right, but are also ideal for learning.
