Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice
This notice explains how we, Kuğu Müzik Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., process the personal data of people who visit our website, contact us and use our products or services, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Last updated: 15 October 2026.

2. Personal Data Processed and Collection Methods
Depending on the nature of the service, the following personal data may be processed:
- Identity information: first name and surname
- Contact information: phone number, email address, delivery and billing address
- Customer transaction information: request, quotation, order, rental and booking information
- Financial information: information needed to issue invoices and record payments
- Transaction security information: IP address, browser and device information, cookie data
Your personal data is collected by automatic or partly automatic means through the contact and booking forms on our website, email, phone, WhatsApp, face-to-face meetings in our showroom and cookies.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Answering your requests and questions and preparing quotations for you
- Carrying out sales, rental, booking, delivery, tuning, repair and removal processes
- Issuing invoices and fulfilling accounting and legal obligations
- Ensuring the security of our website and improving it by analysing its use
- Informing you of campaigns and events, if you have given explicit consent
These activities are based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of the data controller’s legal obligations, the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed, and, where necessary, explicit consent.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations within the scope of legal obligations, to the hosting, email, accounting and transport service providers we use and, where necessary, to our business partners.
The servers of some services used on our website (for example Google Analytics and Google Maps) may be located abroad. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
5. Your Rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information about it if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
- request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law,
- request that third parties to whom it has been transferred be notified of correction, erasure and destruction,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- and request compensation if you suffer damage because it has been processed unlawfully.

6. Cookie Policy
Our website uses cookies to make the site work and to improve the user experience:
