Purchasing and Payment
How can I buy an instrument?
You can visit our Ataşehir showroom or contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form. Once we have agreed the model, finish and options together, we prepare a personal quotation for you.
Why aren’t prices shown on the site?
Because prices vary with the model, finish and options, we send you the current price individually. Prices for second-hand instruments are shown on the relevant pages.
What payment options are there?
You can pay by bank transfer / EFT or credit card; contact us about instalment options. Products can also be bought online by credit card via herseymuzik.com. Our bank accounts are listed on the company and bank details page.
Can I buy a model that isn’t in the showroom?
Yes. Models not in the showroom are ordered from the manufacturer; the delivery time varies by model and manufacturer.
Do you offer special quotations for institutions?
Yes. For conservatoires, universities, municipalities and concert halls, we prepare institution-specific quotations.
Delivery and Service
Do you sell throughout Türkiye and abroad?
Yes. Instruments are delivered from Istanbul to anywhere in Türkiye, and we also sell abroad. Delivery is made with transport planned to suit the type of instrument and the destination country.
Do new instruments come with a warranty?
New instruments are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. We share the warranty details for each model with you before purchase.
Do you offer tuning, maintenance and repair?

Part Exchange and Second-Hand
Can I part-exchange my piano or harp?
When buying a new instrument, you can part-exchange your current one.
Do you buy second-hand pianos or harpsichords?
No. Kuğu Müzik does not buy second-hand instruments; please do not call to sell your instrument. For second-hand instruments for sale, see second-hand pianos and second-hand harpsichords pages.
Showroom and Services
Where is your showroom and when is it open?
Atatürk Mah., Ataşehir Bulvarı 36 Ada, Ata 2/1 No:4 D:60, 34758 Ataşehir / İstanbul. We are open on weekdays 11:00–20:30 and on Saturdays 10:30–20:00; on Sundays by appointment.
Do you rent out instruments?
Yes. We rent out pianos, harps, harpsichords and other instruments; practice rooms, the recording room and the concert hall can also be booked. For details, see rental and booking page.
