Steingraeber 130 T Upright Piano
The Steingraeber 130 T is a 130 cm upright piano made in the Steingraeber & Söhne workshop in Bayreuth. Steingraeber’s most successful upright for more than 90 years, the 130 T is acoustically equivalent to a 160 cm baby grand. Music academies and universities are regular customers for this ‘grand piano equivalent’; it is preferred to similarly priced mass-produced studio grands because it matches them mechanically while having a much fuller sound.
Heritage
The 130 T offers two action options: the ‘Profi Studio’ (PS) action with accelerated repetition, or the ‘Steingraeber Ferro-Magnetic’ (SFM) action, which offers grand-like deep repetition. It is chosen by renowned music institutions such as those in Bamberg, Bayreuth, Bremen, Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Leipzig, Lichtenberg, Lucerne and Marktoberdorf.
